Bridget Barkan has been a performer since early childhood, appearing in commercials and Sesame Street. Her film credits include: "LOIS LIVES A LITTLE" directed by Adrienne Shelly;  "THE RHYTHM OF THE  SAINTS"(Sundance Dramatic Competition 2003); STATESIDE,(Tribeca Film Festival 2004); the HBO Original movie "EVERYDAY PEOPLE"(Sundance 2004), in which she was nominated for a Gotham Award along with her cast for Best Breakthrough Performance;co-starred with Maggie Gylenhaall in "SHERRYBABY" (Sundance 2006); and will be seen in the new Brian De Palma film "REDACTED." Barkan has also appeared on "Law and Order: SVU"; "Law and Order";"All My Children." On stage, she has appeared in productions at Manhattan Theatre Club, "The Good Times are Killing Me" directed by Mark Brokaw,"The Prince and the Pauper" (dir. Elizabeth Swados); "Blur" (Dir. Lynne Meadows). With the Roundabout, the workshop of "Spring Awakening" (Dir. Michael Mayer)and "Princesses" (David Zippel/Mathew Wilder) and the 2004 Fringe Festival Production of "Dog Sees God."  Barkan is also a rising singer/songwriter solo artist who is currently working on an album in New York.
 

Candace Thaxton has been living and working in NYC for just over two years now. Past credits include Bash, Twelfth Night and Recent Tragic Events, as well as new works at the NYC Fringe Festival '06 and '06 Fringe Encore! Series, Ensemble Studio Theatre, Sam French Festival '07, Center Stage, and Columbia University. Film and television: Law and Order: SVU and (soon to be released), Ghost Town with Ricky Gervais.
 

Jeff Berg  was last seen as Trevor in Bekah Brunstetter’s new play I Used To Write on Walls (Working Man’s Clothes). He previously appeared on stage as Tom Cruise in The New York Fringe Festival’s Outstanding Play 2006, I Was Tom Cruise; Peter Pan/Davey in Ron Paolillo’s The Lost Boy (Helen Hayes Theatre Co./Queens Theatre In The Park); Macduff in Macbeth (Circle In The Square PW) and Puck in A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Sears’ Theatre Festival). Film: The Book of Caleb (Guns & Butter Ent.), Absolute Trust (Mandlin Films), The Phantom of The Megaplex (Disney), The Stalking of Laurie Show (USA Network). TV: Kidnapped (NBC), Slings and Arrows (Sundance Channel), Theatre Is Dead (Redux Productions), Crash Palace (Fox), System Crash (YTV Canada). Ashley Davies (Cindy) - Ashley Davies is a member of Specter.  Recent credits include "Trip" (The Pure Project Soho), "Beast With Two Backs" (Soho Rep). London credits include "Blue Surge" (Royal Court), "In Arabia We'd All Be Kings" (Hampstead Theatre), and Twelfth Night" (Natural Perspectives Theatre Co.).  Ashley is a graduate of LAMDA.

Alixandra Liiv (Cheryl) -  Alix Liiv is a true New Yorker, born and raised.  She trained at The Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London, England. Past New York credits include: As You Like It and A Midsummer Night's Dream (Blue Heron Arts Centre), Hippolytus (Powerhouse Theatre), Sophia Sings the Blues (Theatre Studio Inc.) She also spent two months performing the play Suburbia at the International Drama Festival in Budapest, Hungary. She has done numerous commercials and commercial voice-overs since she was young. Film credits include: OVERRIDE dir. Randall Krongard (Hamptons Film Festival '08). She wants to thank The Matthew Corozine Studio for helping her find the truth within herself.  
 

Tim Intravia - most recently appeared  in the Metropolitan Opera as a sword fighter in Othello and Carmen. He is a swing in the Off Broadway production of Tony N Tina's wedding and recently starred in online videos for collegehumor.com and mysteryfabric.com. He spends most of his life standing still as  a human statue on the streets of NY (orangemime.com) and will be taking his act to Russia in May to perform at the St. Petersburg International Carnival, he promises to bring back cotton candy for all. Tim also does stand up, sketch and improv and loves the Mets and peaches.
 


Paul Hancock (Playwright)

Plays include: Still Lives, Theories, The Insanity of Sherlock Holmes and Grace Notes. One Act Plays include the Perfect Affair, Rope Tricks and Cat & Mouse. His plays have been produced as a part of ‘Notes from the Underground’ and 'Project Playwright 2'.  Readings of his plays have taken place at the 78th Street Theatre Lab, the Ensemble Studio Theatre, Center for the Performing Arts in New Jersey and the Access Theatre. A graduate of Temple University, with a background in the visual arts, he participated in exhibitions and curator shows for other artists before focusing his attention on writing. 
 


Jocelyn Sawyer (Director)

Jocelyn Sawyer has directed new work for Reverie Productions ("Havana Bourgeois") and for Six Figures’ Artists of Tomorrow, NYC Fringe, Estrogenius,  Queer@HERE, BAX’s Women’s Performance and American Globe Theatre Festivals.  She has assistant directed at Playwrights Horizons (where she was a directing resident last season), The Flea and Rattlestick Theaters and the Summer Play Festival.  She is a member of Lincoln Center Theater Directors Lab, Directors Lab West and Actors’ Equity Association.
 


Kathleen Munroe (Stage Manager)

Recent NYC credits include: Yank!(Gallery Players Showcase and York Theatre Workshop), Maine Play (Partial Comfort Productions), Regional Credits include: Arabian Nights, Adventure of Perseus, and Youth Ink! (McCarter Education), Apprentice Scenes (New Jersey Opera), Summer Concert (Princeton Ballet School-ARB). Kathleen served as a PA for Secret Order (Merrimack Repitory and 59e59), Translations (McCarter Theatre Broadway Transfer), and A Christmas Carol (McCarter Theater). Ryan Metzler (Lighting Design)

Ryan Metzler has had his lighting featured in over thirty New York productions.  As the Lighting Designer in Residence at the Looking Glass Theatre, he lit the semi-annual Writer/Director's Forum five times.  Productions in New York include: Spring's Awakening, Odyssey, Lesbian Bathhouse, and Baal (LGT); Stone Cold Dead Serious (Clurman Theatre); Always Family (Kirk Theatre); North of Providence (Altered Stages); Eden (Chashama); Eight Ways to Meet Your Neighbor (The Theatre-Studio, Inc.); and The End of Civilization (Locus Theatre Company).  His work includes the recent design for the charity production of Hear Our Song, a new musical revue, staged to benefit the Children's Brain Tumor Foundation.

Crystal Fergusson (Costume Design)

Determined to be polite to the entirety of New York per her small town Maryland upbringing, Crystal Simone Fergusson is a freelance designer whose credits include work with The Washington Opera, Santa Fe Stages, and The Folger Shakespeare Library. Recent productions include Does Anyone Know Sarah Paisner? with the Intravenous Theatre, Euphoric Tendencies with the Actor's Repertory Theatre, and Lysistrata with The Gallery Players of Park Slope.
 


Natalie Malotke (Assistant Dirctor)

Natalie Malotke (Assistant Director) is thrilled to be working on Still Lives as her NYC debut. Natalie attended the Universityof Michigan where she was the choreographer for Dreamgirls, The Wild Party (Lippa), Urinetown, Assassins and the director/choreographer for Singin in the Rain. She recently moved to the city after choreographing at Festival 56, and working in Chicago as a casting assistant and on the creative team on the American premiere of Jerry Springer the Opera at the Bailiwick Theatre. Kim Stephenson (Production Assistant)

Kim began her training in performance before crossing over into the arts management/production side of theater.  She currently works with various companies here in the city focusing on commercial production and theater management. Kim most recently performed with Pioneer Theatre Company, the Egyptian Theatre Company, and Lagoon Entertainment.  She is a graduate of Brigham Young University with a degree in Music Dance Theatre.  She plans to attend Graduate school to earn a degree in Arts Managment.
